Bouncy castle hire Delivery day.

Welcome to BBcastle hire, We have put a few simple steps together below to help with a hassle free delivery.

BBcastle hire will have texted or called you the night before with a delivery slot within an hour time frame, 99.9% of the time we are always on schedule, As we work very hard putting each delivery in order. Each Bouncy castle depending on the size takes around 5-10 minutes to set up if we have clear access, Our delivery drivers will only wait 5 minutes for access or for garden equipment to be moved.

Below you will find a few simple steps that will help us deliver your bouncy castle hire hassle free. If your bouncy castle hire is at a venue (Indoor party ) this waiting time also applies if the key holder is running late.

Animal Foul.

BBcastle hire will NOT deliver any inflatable where there is or signs of animal foul, This could result in a refused delivery and loss off hire free as we will not refund.

Access.

Please could all access ways be clear of any ladders, rubbish, bikes, Bins ect, including cars moved off the driveway if needed, Our bouncy castles are heavy and some weigh in access of 170kg and cannot be lifted over items that can't or haven't been moved, (Sometimes are drivers deliver on there own) If delivery access is through the house, Please make sure all access is clear and carpets, floorings are covered as we use a sack barrows to transport inflatables. ( We DO NOT take any responsibility if any damaged is caused) We have never caused any damage but there is always a first time.

Garden Furniture

Please could any garden furniture be moved where the inflatable will be set up, all sizes are on each product this includes space required, We do not have time to wait while you get your garden ready, We have a 5 minutes waiting time, Then our drivers will have to leave to there next delivery, Not only will this time waiting hold us up, This will then make us late for other customers, INCLUDING your delivery. will will only return if we have time to do so, There will also be a extra delivery charge of £2 per mile, this charge will be charged from our last delivery location, this late delivery will give you less time to enjoy your bouncy castle as your collection time, will be still set from the original delivery time.

Hardstanding / Anchoring your inflatable

BBcastle hire do not set up on hardstanding surfaces outdoors, This is due to securely anchoring the inflatables into the ground. If your garden as a path that runs through the middle of your garden but there is grass both sides, This would be fine as we can anchor the inflatable both side of the grass, We can also anchor into most artificial grass, (We take no responsibility for any damage) Most Bouncy castles have 6 anchor points 2x each side and 2 at the back. We will only deliver our bouncy castle outdoors if we can anchor all 6 points. If you are unsure if the bouncy castle will fit into your garden, Please send us some WhatsApp pictures to 07906256238

Sizes & Space required

All our bouncy castle have there very own size tab on each and every product, This also includes space required, BBcastle hire put safety first, We will only set up if safe to do so, If there is a raised garden sleeper, wall, post ect within falling distance of a child we will deem this unsafe and not set up. The way we do this, If you can imagine a 12 year old falling backwards off the bouncy castle front step and not falling and hitting any object we would deem this safe. Example of sizes and space required. 12 x 12 feet Bouncy castle space, Minimum space required 15 x 18ft if you have hard static objects in the way more space will be required. BBcastle hire do not offer a home measuring service so is the full responsibility of the customer to make sure all inflatables fit, If you are unsure please send us some WhatsApp pictures of your garden to 07906256238

Open spaces / Communal land

To have any inflatable set up on open communal land, your will need permission from your local council, We will only set up on private land or land you have permission to use. if you are unsure please send us some pictures via WhatsApp to 07906256238 and we can advice if we will set up and what inflatables will fit on to the space.

Payment / Balance

When making your booking online, You was offered to pay a small deposit or full payment, If you paid a deposit, your balance is now payable cash on delivery, Our drivers do not have access to our online banking, so can not check for bank transfer payments & we don't use card machines, They will not have time for you to go the cash point as this will hold them up and make us late for the next delivery, We always ask for any balance payment on delivery, or bank transfer 48 hours before booking. if payment can't be made on delivery, We will not deliver. If possible we could re-deliver if we have time, this will incur a £2 per mile delivery charge, Charged from our last delivery location. and your collection time will still be set from your original delivery time.
